The property is located in Selva di Cadore, 100 m from the square where there is a church, a bar, a supermarket, and a pizzeria/restaurant. A pharmacy is 150 m away, and a little further away is a laundromat. There is free public parking in the immediate vicinity. For the little ones, the playground is only 50m away.
The two-room apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the second floor of a building with 4 apartments.
It consists of entrance hall, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and living area with kitchenette and French sofa bed (150 cm wide). The apartment is completed by a small terrace with a view of the Pelmo.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and all kinds of accessories.
Especially suitable for families with small children.
Included services: Electric and microwave oven, gas stove and hot plate, and smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Bed, bath and kitchen linens included in the price with weekly change. In case of need there is also a baby bed (0-3). Electric central heating. Small terrace with a view of Mount Pelmo
