You can sample typical dishes prepared with simple and genuine ingredients from the local pastures. All this in cosy and warm locations, furnished with the traditional Ladin style and surrounded by a natural and relaxing environment.
One of the preferred dishes of the local cuisine is the Casunziei – half-moon shaped ravioli with a beetroot filling and covered with poppy seeds or with a spinach filling with smoked ricotta on them. Other traditional specialities include pumpkin gnocchi (dumplings), homemade lasagne, pastin (sausage with spices and aromas, normally grilled), game, mountain pasture cheeses, polenta and mushrooms.
