Apartment in small condominium of four units with separate entrance, locality Tronch, halfway between Santa Fosca and Selva di Cadore, a few minutes' walk from both localities. Apartment consists of: a large living room with fireplace and separate kitchen; three bedrooms (two doubles + one with a single bed and a one-and-a-half bed) for a total of six beds; two bathrooms, one of which is for the exclusive use of a double bedroom, the other on the hallway; small outdoor garden and connected solar slab (private, for the exclusive use of the apartment). The house is all facing south, with views of Pelmo on one side and Marmolada on the other. A garage + a reserved outdoor parking space is available. Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, television, stereo.
